In this video and in some of the other videos as well, you're going to find the information you need so you can dive right into the program and get to work, and we'll do likewise.

If you're watching this video and I know you are, you would have already received a few pieces of email in your inbox.
The first would have been an invoice, a straightforward invoice showing you what it is that you've purchased, the price.
There's privacy policy, terms and conditions.
If there's any issues there, you can contact support.
You can also download this as a PDF to keep for your records.
The second email you would have received is a welcome email, and in this one you have Hannah.
She's welcoming you in her very vibrant self and you will also have the client intake form again.
You will have already done this if you're watching me here.
It's very important because without that client intake form, you don't get access to the programs and all the information you need.
1.9s The third piece of information you will get is this third email telling you what the next steps are.
And we're going to go through these in order in this video.
The first one is the orientation.
Obviously it's here where you will find these.
All housed is in the portal.
And at the top on the menu you will see FAQ.
And if you click that you will find this and all the other informative videos.
They're very quick to the point and get you where you need to go.
So those are the ones you want to check out first.
The most important thing after that is to book your group goal setting session.
This is within a it's a small group.
It's about 90 minutes.
And this is where you get clarity on your goal.
Now if you don't have a goal and that's okay, still show up.
Hannah will help you maybe draw it out or get some ideas on what it is that you want to do.
And if you do have a goal, great.
Bring it.
She's going to help strategize and everyone's going to share.
And you will get more clarity around your goal.
So please book this.
The third thing is to join the Facebook group.
There's a private client only community that I'm going to show you in a second, and that's going to get you into the community.
Now, in the Client Community Facebook group, you'll find that this is a private group where all the current clients of Heineken Worldwide in the programs are all housed here, all cozy.
Like what you can expect from this Facebook group are announcements around live events or retreats, any sort of holiday announcements, general announcements, maybe things on skills clinics or lives or anything that's going on not only with Hina and the team, but also with one another.
You know, this is a place that you're actively encouraged to share your thoughts, your winds, your questions.
You know what's going on with you because it's such a wonderful and strong community.
And once a month you'll be able to promote yourself.
As you can see here, once a month you can share what it is that you're doing, how people can find you, what it is that you do.
And it's only in these threads can you self-promote.
No self-promotion outside of that.
It's also suggested that when you do join this community, that you join in your private or personal account,s unless your business account is just run by you, any sort of corporate accounts where there's many people touching it is discouraged.
So just show up as yourself.
Show up privately because what happens here stays here.
Now, if you're a new client, you will receive two other emails.
The first is from Kajabi, which is where we house the portal, and that's where all the replays of the videos and the calls are there.
Plus there'll be more coming out.
So you will get an email like this that's going to ask you to set up a password.
Again.
If you're a new client, you will get this.
If you're an existing or current client, just use your current password for the portal as it is.
So if you're new, you will click this and it'll take you to Kajabi, where you will set up a password.
Make sure you save it because you're going to be using it a lot.
And then once you do that, you're going to get yet another one that says, congratulations, you've been granted access to your program or programs, and then you get to sign in.
So it's just a matter of clicking that and logging in.
And we're going to log in right now.
1.1s And voila, there is the portal.
I'm going to stop this video here because I want to show you the portal in a separate video.
Now where you will find all of these videos is in the FAQ section.
As of this recording, it is not there yet, but you will find this video and all the other videos that answer your questions are going to be quick, informative and to the point so you can get on with the program and again, change your life and change the lives of others around you.

Portal
In this video, we're going to take a look at the portal.
And the portal is held in Kajabi.
Now when you sign on for the first time, you will see this blue banner, and that is going to just inform you that you can download the Kajabi app.
Yes, you can download the app so that you have all the recordings and other information in the palm of your hand.
So if you're interested in that, you just click get the app and it'll show you how to download it for your phone.
The rest of the portal is pretty straightforward.
You have the terms and conditions.
If you want to take a look at that again, you will have the FAQ here.
It's not here at the moment, but that's where all these videos like this will be housed.
You will have my Library Explorer programs goal statement and you have your account now at any time while you're out and about on the portal, if you need to return to the home screen, just click on the logo and you will be back.
Now if you click Explorer Programs, this is to just see what other programs are offered and you'll see a few of them.
And for example, let's scroll on that good looking guy there.
So for example, amplify your leadership.
It'll share what it is that entails and who it's for.
And just a little bit more information.
You can always sign up if you ever want to step into another program,1s but you are here for the program you have signed up or programs, and so you will find all the replays in my library.
So if we click there you should see a list of the program or programs that you are in.
So if we just click for example, let's say you're in the rise.
You will see all1s the replays here.
Now before we jump into that you will also see a calendar.
And that will just tell you when the calls are previous calls and future calls.
So you can just go to calendar and links.
And if you have and it gives you the zoom link as well.
So if you're not sure and you misplace it, you just come right to the portal.
You click on the link.
And if you were to click on this link, for example, it'll actually take you to the zoom meeting.
Now if you just want the replays you can go back.
We'll go back one more time so you will see all of them categorized by month.
Now Within the month you will see that it starts with the most current one and then down, so you're never too far to scroll.
So if you want to see more, it'll show you, for example, all of August.
It just we're just missing August 1st, so it'll separate into pages.
But if you're looking for the most current one, it's going to be at the top of the page.
And if you want to go back to some older ones, then of course you will return to the main one, the clicking back.
And so you'll have all the months available at your fingertips.
And when you do click on to one you will see what's great is that on the side you have the rest of them so you don't have to go back.
You can just do.
If you want to binge, you can see them all here and then here.
You have, you know, speed.
You can change the speed.
There you have the scroll bar where you want to, you know, move to.
And if you want full screen, you just hit that and you're in full screen.
If you want to go back, you hit the escape Now what's also wonderful is that if you have any comments or questions, enter them here and they will be seen.
The team does get them and if there is a question, someone will get back to you.
So don't be afraid to put a comment.
Or if there's a thought or anything like that, it will be seen.
Now here you'll have your settings,1.1s and this is where you can change any of your information here.
Primary information,profile settings.
If you want to have a picture, an avatar, you can do it here.
If you want to add your biography, you don't have to, but if you want, you can put where people can find you, your links to your pages and accounts, etc. and more importantly, if you want to change your password, you can do that here as well.
So you would enter your current password and then enter your two your new password.
You have to enter it twice to verify.
And then whatever changes you make here, you will click save at the top right.
And then all is well.
So that is how you change your information there.
And that is the portal.

Update Billing Information
In this video we're going to look at updating your information in Thrive Cart, particularly credit card information.
That is the most common information that needs to be changed here.
So to change that you will go to this link.
It will be in the description.
And you will enter your email address that you purchased the program or programs from.
Then you will just hit send me my link and you will get an email very pretty much right away.
From Thrift cart that you click on here and it'll ask you to click on this link to update your info.
And if we go ahead and do that, you'll have everything here.
You can look at one time purchases, any payment plans.
You may have subscriptions, but most importantly is update my info.
So you just click that and you'll have all your information.
If you want to change any of your personal information, your billing address.
If you want to change your payment info, then you just click edit, enter your your new credit card and then all you do is just hit save changes and that's all you need to do.

Client Connect newsletter
In this video, we're going to be talking about the Client Connect newsletter.
And this is something that you as a client will receive every Sunday evening, depending where you are.
Essentially this newsletter is just communication to you of anything that is upcoming.
Any announcements, anything you need to know.
So for example, in this one we have welcoming new members what's happening this week like henna being on breakfast television.
You know any replays you need to know anything for new members.
Uh, you know, in this one talking about promoting yourself on Facebook, retreats, etc., etc..
So this is where you can find, uh, information and it's jam packed every Sunday.
You'll get this.
Now you'll also have a link here to access, uh, the portal.
So that's an easy one.

Also, if you want to listen to possibilities, uh, in his awesome and amazing podcast, you can click here.
Now, one thing that you will find here, it's just not in this one, uh, is a form.
And this is the ask Ana form, the question form.
So you put your email address and your name and you have the option of being anonymous or not on the call.
So this would be depending on your program and you would click the program that you're on, you're in and that you'd like to ask the question.
And then you have the question.
And then you click submit.
And Hina will receive this personally.
Now on the day of of the call and Hina will often, you know, privately message you and say, do you still want to remain anonymous or do you still want to be open about this?
It's up to you.
So if you start the question anonymously and you're feeling, you know, brave on that day, then it's great to be out in front of everyone and you can get some hot seat coaching most of the time, if not all the time.
The question that you may have is going to benefit everyone.
And if you can get some hot seat coaching from Hina, I'd suggest you take it.
So this is something that you will find as well.
And you can ask different questions.
